About Ryanne:
You don't have to carry it all alone.
I'm Ryanne — a therapist and someone who deeply believes that the people doing the hardest work of their lives deserve real, meaningful support. I'm so glad you found your way here.
With over 10 years of experience in mental health, I specialize in working with women and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and the complexities of attachment and relationships. Whether you're in your early twenties trying to figure out who you are and how you connect with others, or you're further along and carrying wounds that have never fully healed — this is a space for you.
My approach is integrative and person-centered, grounded in a trauma-informed lens. I draw on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and my training as a certified yoga instructor — including a specialty certification in pediatric mental health yoga — to create a therapeutic experience that is tailored to you. No two people are alike, and no two treatment plans should be either.
I'm especially passionate about helping clients understand the patterns that show up in their relationships — with others and with themselves. Attachment wounds don't always announce themselves loudly; sometimes they quietly shape the way we love, trust, and ask for help. Together, we can untangle those patterns and build something more secure.
When I'm not in the therapy room, you'll find me spending time with my family and friends, reading, going for walks, or stealing a quiet moment to recharge. (Fellow introverts, I see you.)
